8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerdHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
